A healthcare practice in Gauteng needed two things: visibility on where patient referrals were coming from geographically, and a faster way to source new potential patients from multiple professional directories.
The practice now has a web-based referral tracker with a live map view — referrals plotted by source and location, filterable by period. Alongside it, a desktop application consolidates prospect data from four directory sources into a single deduplicated list, with contact normalisation built in.
Both tools replaced a shared spreadsheet and are in active use. No external data is sent anywhere. The desktop app runs offline.
